Sarah is an experienced Marketing Director who is responsible for delivering loyalty-driving propositions and leading brand, marketing strategy and customer experience for service products and the Team Know How brand across the Dixons Carphone group.
Sarah developed her skills across a wide range of sectors including FMCG (P&G Health & Beauty Care, graze.com). Where she illustrated how a data-led and agile approach to innovation can drive growth in Consumer Product Goods. Sarah developed plans to become a leading food brand across all channels including subscription, e-commerce and retail on both sides of the Atlantic. Creating Brand, product innovation, category and trial-driving strategies to fuel rapid UK retail growth and support securing US distribution the UK and USA.
Previously Sarah was a member of the Executive team when leading the Marketing, E-commerce & Insight function for Travel & Leisure BA Airmiles, now Avios; Head of Marketing at Telewest broadband - now Virgin Media – where she was responsible for the Telewest Broadband consumer brand, acquisition, loyalty marketing strategies and plans, response-driving plans to drive sales leads (inbound calls), consumer PR & marketing services and marketing organisation capability.
Sarah further excelled at Waitrose in her role as Head of Marketing in driving Waitrose’s like-for-like sales growth ahead of the market during a recession. Winning the Marketing Society Grand Prix and IPA Gold for the launch of essential Waitrose.
